The Tall Flower Vase is the first piece in Malene Knudsen's debut collection. Its elegance comes through in the tall and slender neck that culminates in a flower head at top. The clay used for this piece is a stoneware clay with medium divided firesand and crushed bricks of 2-5 mm added for a rough textured, and matte surface. Due to the material, the stoneware naturally fires into a warm tone of cream on a medium burning curve at high temperature.
