Shipping

During this inception phase of QISA, we are shipping to Canada / US only. Our plan is to ship worldwide so that these beautiful creations and artisan names can be globally accessible. Starting with with Canada / US - where our founding team is based - allows us to be more high touch in getting the processes and quality checks right before we expand.

Orders placed with QISA are fulfilled Monday to Friday between 9am-5pm EST, and depending on the delivery service selected, delivered every day of the week.

Your pieces will arrive directly to your doorstep from the respective showrooms or studios of each designer or brand. 

Multiple pieces can be ordered from a designer or brand for a single flat-rate shipping fee. As every order is unique, shipping costs will vary depending on the shipping origin of your chosen pieces.

Customs & Import Duties

If an item ships to you from a different country, customs and import duties may be levied by your local government. All additional customs and import duties are the responsibility of the person purchasing. This can range from 20% to 40% of the order value.
